I was standing by the door trying to see if we could get into the event when Jonathan walked by. As usual, he was in a rush so I didn’t say anything.

Later, before the event, I was talking to a lady and her mother when Jonathan was coming up on my right. As he approached I said “Hi Jonathan!” He didn’t hear me. I swear I think the man must be deaf! Anyway, as he was passing me by I poked him in the arm and smiled at him. I turned back to my left to continue talking. All of a sudden, I felt this arm come around my shoulder on the left. I looked up and it was Jonathan. He gave me a hug and said “How’ve you been?” I proceeded to step on his foot and tell him that I’d been fine. I turned back and finished talking. I know some of you are asking “Why didn’t you talk to Jonathan?” I just thought it would be rude to the people I was talking to if I just shined them on and starting talking to Jonathan.

At the “Meet and Greet” Jonathan was there and my new friend Amy and I went over to him to see if we could get a picture. Amy introduced herself and I said “I’m Wendi.” He said “I know who you are.” I was really shocked. I didn’t think he’d remember me after so long. Anyway, I got a pic and left him alone. He was cute as ever!
